KATIE MARCHESO
Katie was born and raised in Colorado. She has trained her entire life as an elite soccer player, playing for Real Colorado Soccer Club and Green Mountain High School.
Throughout high school she was ranked one of ESPNs top soccer recruits and committed to the University of Oklahoma as a Division I athletes as a sophomore in high school. She then transferred to the University of Wyoming where she continued playing soccer.
During her time at UW, she awarded First Team All-Mountain West student athlete and was put in the Dean’s List for 3 consecutive years.
Katie graduated with a Kinesiology degree and a minor in physiology with course work in nutrition. Katie has worked with several athletes, athletic teams, along with adult clients and groups. She believes in building a healthier lifestyle and pushing each individual to new heights.

BRIAN MILLER
Brian Miller, the president of Fitness Evolution, Graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1994 with a degree in Human Performance and Sport. He then started working for the supplement company EAS in Golden where he was the top sales person. In 1996 he became the manager of the Body For Life program. At the same time Brian transformed the basement of his home into a 400 square foot training facility. He started with just two clients and a few pieces of used equipment from Bally’s. Brian went into Sports Marketing in 1999 with EAS, and in 2000 he opened his first studio in Lakewood. In March 2006, he again expanded into the new 4,000 square foot studio and has state of the art equipment and over 130 active clients.
SERENA WIPPER
20+ years of experience personal training, teaching group fitness classes, and nutrition planning. Degree/Certified in Adult Fitness, Business Mgmt, and Wellness. I love to help clients reach their goals and achieve lifelong wellness. I train all different clientele including pre/post natal, seniors, special populations, group training, and competitive athletes.
